Pathetic Service

I have received pathetic service from nmi umhlanga. I took my car for a sevice on the 12 Jan 2017 and on the 15 Jan my engine management light came on and my car lost power. On the 16 Jan i took my car at 8:40 to nmi for it to be checked. I waited for 1 1/2 hour for my car to be checked. 2 hours later i was told that i need to leave my car as the booster pipe had a leak. when asked when my car will be ready, i was told that it will be ready the next day. Nolene, the service advisor told me she will call me to advise on the progress of the car. I received no calls on the day. It is now the next day and i have not received any calls so i call at 8:45 and was told she is busy and i need to leave a message and i have not received a call back. I called again at 9:45 and held on for over 5 minutes and was put through from person to person. I then cut the call and redialled and asked to speak to the service manager, after holding on again fro about 4 minutes, i was put through to the customer service officer. I was then called back to say that my car is waiting to be diagnosed which it already was yesterday and it will have to follow the queue. I was then called by Nolene to say that they are waiting for the part. Contradicting stories and pathetic service
