pathetic

For more than 6months they have been unable to repair my vehicle.<br> They have made me pay to replace a catalytic converter on a vehicle with only 50000km's and still with in the warranty but apparently a catalytic converter has no warranty....how does this thing break if it is made of titanium and has an exceptional long life span... general questions to other qualified mechanics said its unbelievable.<br> Initially I was without a car for about 3months because every-time they say the car is fixed then i drive it away and immediately feel that there is something still horribly wrong.This was a back and forth thing ,at one time they were suppose to fetch me to collect my car then left me stranded till late at night in an area with virtually no public transport. fortunatly i was able to get someone to fetch me at work.<br> <br> One friday I fetched my car and was assured that it is 100%, drove away and the car was driving like a tractor.They said is should bring it back on monday.I did that and demanded a courtesy vehicle until the car is repaired. <br> They took another 3month, during which i had to continuously swop out courtesy cars as they were selling them (4)....back and forth at my own expense
