Overcharged, Misdiagnosed, Problem NOT fixed AND Lost Items

I'm furious and disappointed at the service I've recieved from Barloworld in PMB. Last year Nov, I took ym Ford Fiesta in for a service and highlighted that my car rattled & shook everytime I braked. Upon diagnosis, I was informed that the ratting is from a worn out steering shaft that needed to be changed. SInce I was paying cash, I decide to wait until I had enough cash to replace the shaft. Last week, I booked it in to get the shaft replaced (after paying cash for the parts to be ordered). When I collected my car, 1. I was incorrectly charged for the labour AND the parts for which I had already paid for prior. 2. To my dismay, the rattling/shaking has not subsided!! Realising their error, I recived a call regarding the overcharge, which I appreciated and accepted as a mere mistake. I then reported that the problem still persisted, within hours of collecting my car. I was told to bring the car back for a check up. To my dismay, upon test driving the car with the foreman of the workshop, I was told that it is infact the front brakes that are casuing this rattle/shaking, and I would now have to book the car in AGAIN to get that fixed, pay MORE money& wait a week for a slot. At this point, it just sounds like these people are playing trial & error with my car & safety!! Unsatisfied with this misdiagnosis that has cost me money and my weekend, I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion, because my faith in Ford had waned. When the other dealer wanted to remove my tyres & check my front brakes, we realised that my locknut key is missing. The last time it was used was at Ford, during my service. Frustrated, I drove back to Ford to inform them of the missing key. Needless to say, I walked away empty handed & VERY unsatisfied because I was told that they cannot find the key & I would have to return on Monday. I wont even mention the safety hazard of not being able to unlock my tyres, let alone the inconvenience! Today, I spoke to the GM at Ford & he promised to get back to on this matter after lunch. Granted he called me back and gave me a slot for tomorrow, and a new quotation for the required labour, which is a substantially high amiount, considering that I have just paid to replace a steering shaft that for all I know, wasn't a problem to being with, He also promised to replace my locknut key tomorrow, but if I want the key today (which I do, for that second opinion), I would have to go to the dealership myself, pay for the replacement, then go back to Ford to have those funds reversed into ym account. Mind you, the initial funds that are due to me from the overcharge have not reflected still. I am deeply & utterly frustrated & disappointed with the *********** service I have recieved at Barloworld Ford Pietermaritzburg!!!
