Outstanding aftersales service

<p>I would like to commend the outstanding efforts made by Mr Kitto Msomi and Mr Rahim Haffejee and their team at the NMI-DSM Umhlanga branch, for assisting me with a car purchase that went wrong.</p> <p>To my dismay, I purchased a Subaru WRX from the dealership which seemed to have a latent defect which to date has not been resolved.</p> <p>Kitto and his team did their best to accommodate me, assisting with a courtesy car while the vehicle was being looked at. When the conclusion was reached that the repair on the car seemed indefinite, they had worked out a plan to have the car traded back in and they managed to get me into another vehicle.</p> <p>I was very disappointed that I had to give up my dream vehicle but at the same token I was very humbled by the excellent aftersales service displayed by this dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past however, none can compare to Kitto and his team. Keep up the excellent service levels!</p>
