NOT SO QUICK TO REFUND MONIES OWED!

I am a regular client of Barons Culemborg by buying all my VW parts from them. I ordered 'specialized' parts from them that i had to pay for (i am a COD client) before the parts would be ordered. I paid and a few days later the parts arrived. The driver produced the invoices and i paid for the parts again, by mistake.<br> <br> BIG MISTAKE. To get a refund has been a nightmare. I get posted from one person to the other and each person blames the other. I spoke with the DP, Mr Brett Roland last week who assured me this would be sorted out immediately. Not so. I tried calling him again this morning but he's not taking my call.<br> <br> Appalling service from a good client. In the future I will find another supplier.
