NOT A HAPPY CLIENT AT ALL

Last year I took my car for service to Barloworld Toyota Witbank and I requested that they drop me at work since I didnt have another means of transport to work and to fetch it again. They never bothered to drop me at work or even fetch me to go fetch my car after the service and I had to walk there because they told me that the car to take me to work is not available and indeed I walked there to and fro. I also found out that my car was not washed after the service it was so dirty. I complained, by calling the head office by till today no one bothered to contact me after. Now my car is due for service again and im afraid of taking my car there cause I worry that I will get the same service again. I was really not impressed at all and feel that im a good customer for Toyota to be giving me such service. But funny certain people who happened to be wealthier than I am they tell me they got the best service there. I need to take my car for service now how do I take it to a place like that again?
