No one calls you back for you a SERVICE BOOKING!!!!

<p>Shocking!! I called FORD N1 city , all service agents busy so took my number twice to call me back just to assist me with a service booking! 3 weeks later no response no call no bother.</p> <p>Tried then to log a service booking online with Bellville FORD , request said submitted waited a week, no comfirmation on booking called the branch..all busy took my details to give to people, STILL no call no email.. NOTHING how can it be this DIFFICULT TO confirm a SERVICE BOOKING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can't even call this the WORST SERVICE as I still await to recieve any type of service from these branches.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
