No care in the world.
<p>My boyfriend had an issue with his wheel bearing, brought it in on the 26th of June only to have it break down today the 29th at 5h30am. We drive it to here and asked that they look at it urgently only for them to look at other cars first until we checked. Then we leave and break down in Howick. They sent no tow truck but a car and two mechanics. The senior one insisted on driving it back only to mess or up more and dropping us off at reception to wait. No apologies from anyone and half out day is gone. My dream of seeing the Grahams town arts festival down the toilet and am not impressed with the terrible service. I'm ashamed of this place in my home town and am disgusted at this kind of backdoor work. I don't advise anyone to chance it by using this ***** company. </p>

And second hand parts put in, no one tells us and then they say if they order parts it will only be here on Mon. My boyfriend had to remind them that we're going to Cape Town. What a terrible experience, I'm shaken and all the customer rep can do us say sorry without even looking into everything that happened. What kind of business is this?
