NMI - They don't give a **** about small business....avoid.

As a small business, I would avoid doing business with this bunch at all costs. I was requested to re-upholster board room tables. Goods were invoiced and delivered on 11 September 2023. I have emailed the invoice to their Facilities Supervisor, Thabo Mathe, who was the person requesting this service. I have sent them so many statements and kind requests for payment, but they literally couldnt bother to even respond. Eventually after more pressure, I received an email from Thabo Mathe stating that the payment had been signed off by Christo Smit, a copy of the signed off invoice was sent to me on 27 November 2023.......but wait still no payment. I sent a final request to make payment by the 15 January 2024....no response. Blatant liers and I will never do business with them again if I can help it.
