NMI Ford does not deserve to have Ford Branding on their doors at both of their branches

NMI Ford N1 City and their Tygervalley Branch are just the worst Ford Dealerships i have ever had to deal with. I made a booking for a service at the N1 City Branch on 11 August 2023 and also asked for them to look at my faulty turbo. they called me back to confirm my booking the very same day. On the day that i arrived on Monday 14 August 2023, they looked at me funny and went right past my car when having to check my car in. Apparently i did not have any booking even though Layla Harris called me back to confirm my booking. I went to her, and she even acknowledged that she remembers my call. They still treated me as a walk-in customer even after realizing their error, as i only got my car back just before 17:00 the evening, even though my car was the third car there, early the morning. To make matters worse they did not even look at my faulty turbo, as i had asked and only cancelled the engin light error on my car. On 2 October i decided to try NMI Tygervalley and hoping i would have better service from them, i booked my car in for the faulty turbo. They assess it and acknowledge the turbo having a problem but will need to obtain authorization from my extended warrantee policy, taken out with Ford. So i wait... a week later on 09 October 2023 i ask for feedback from Theresa Coetzee and she replies with she is still waiting for approval, as the relevant people only returned from leave today. On more or less 18 October she calls me to inform me that my extended warrantee policy has approved the repair and they will be getting the parts for my turbo, she will let me know when i can bring my car in. On 2 November 2023 i requested feedback regarding the parts then i had to hear she just returned from sick leave. On 9 November i requested feedback and am still waiting on a reply... In a year from now i was going to be looking at buying a new Ford Ranger bakkie... but my dealings with two different branches of NMI Ford to try and fix my 2018 Ford(New Spec) which i took out an extended warrantee from Ford, only to now have to run after them trying to get them to fix my Ford. I highly doubt that i would buy another Ford and i would most definitely not recommend anyone to part with their hard-earned cash to buy a Ford, when Ford does not believe in honoring their part of the deal just a few years later.
