The service you get from the dealership regarding your vehicle is pathetic. They don't do anything to assist you to get a loan car . You tell them there is an issue with the vehicle but they dont really listen. I have been told that the timing change needs to be replaced and that it would take time and now that I need a loan car which is not available because according to the dealership you have to wait 48 hours ( My car was in before for 3 days) still never get a loan car and the 48 hours was not disclosed then. Now that my vehicle is almost 4 years and the warranty is almost up I am told that it is the starter... ..what happens after the 100 000 KMS is over and the real problem was never resolved ? Originally the diagnostic test picked up it was a time change issue I believe now that they found out my warranty is almost up we are being told it is something else. I am not a mechanic what happens to me if this is a quick fix to get me out of their workshop and not to pay for the real problem because it cost is too high or is the diagnostic mechanism not 100%
