NMI DSM shocking bad service

Absolutely shocking , impossible to get through to anyone in parts , hold for 40 minutes , then get cut off . Ask the receptionist to get them to call me - zero response , send repeat emails to the guy i dealt with , no reply . I will never , ever buy a car from these people .
