NEW FORD FIESTA PURCHASE - 04 JANUARY 2016

Before collecting my new vehicle, I requested my previous vehicles seat covers to be removed and put in my new vehicle.<br> <br> When I collected my new vehicle - I was told that I would receive new car seats.<br> <br> I had rims included on my new vehicle, hubcaps were never given to me.<br> <br> I also communicated car shuddering when I exceeded 100km p/h.<br> <br> Emailed on the 03/02/2016, then sent email to manager on 17/02/2016, then sent an email to a higher person 23/02/2016. Sent another email to follow up on the 26/02/2016. No feedback/ response.
