New car that recently had a puncher..

I bought a car on the 15th December 2015, in Barloworld Zambezi and collected it the following week, however today on the 16th of January 2016, i had a slow puncture on the front left wheel and when i took the car to trye replacement center i found out that the tyre that had a puncture had a patch and a whole, it comes as a surprise that this car is brand new.
