New car purchased - totally disgusted

im Muhammad from PMB, i practically tired of Ford PMB, I purchased a new car from them in september 2017 it came with dents which they sorted out and i overlooked it then a week later the gear lever cover pops out whilst driving over a bump they didnt give me an answer as to why a new car came with dents and loose parts, then they book my vehicle in and on the day on booked in they tell me they do not have the cover and then rebook my vehicle a week later. now a few months go by in december i was driving again the gear cover comes out i sent email to ********** and Karen gives me a call to find out what happened that the only call i got from her then she sends me to Hendrik Erasmus Service Manager whos hasnt contacted me over 3 weeks now about this i even saw him and he advised that Karen, Yusuf and Darryl Topper know about this and still till this day no call nothing so words of compensating me nothing so i must pay my full installments but they give me a **** new car.

Worst thing is the 1st time i made contact with Ford SA and they gave me to deal with an idiot by the name of Alfred Liebenberg who cant make sense of anything absolutely useless.

I want to be compensated if not take ur **** car back Barloworld Ford i will never buy a ford again my 1st and last.

Dont buy ford cars ppl.......im regretting it my hard earn sweat they taking me for a ride i got rights its just that Ford is so big they run over us and we get nothing.....
