Mr Samad upholding Ford's image

In November last year, I went to purchase a Ford vehicle, finance was approved and everything was confirmed right down to the colour of the vehicle. We received absolutely no feedback after the application and it was just forgotten. This February I had an accident and my current vehicle was written off. I desperately needed a car. I definitely wanted another Ford vehicle, but I refused to go back to the Barloworld pmb because of the terrible service, my fianc? convinced me after some time to return due to convenience<br> . I changed salesman and this time went to Mr Yusuf Samad. He is the most assuring, and always in a fantastic mood, the First face I want to see when I enter any business. I visited him twice only, once to drop off paperwork and two days later to discuss the additional extras on my vehicle. He was excited as I was about the vehicle, kept me updated about where it is and what has been done. In just one week I took delivery of it with all the Bells and Whistles! I was completely floored by his awesome customer service and efficiency. I will take my dad to him next year for a vehicle and recommend everyone looking for a Ford, come to Mr Samad in Barloworld Pmb.
