<p>On the 24th of November, We walked in to Mercedes as Jenine has now become a personal friend to both my wife and myself and as usual I walked around looking at the vehicles. A GLA 200 caught my eye and I ask Jenine about the car and she said that it’s a good car and she can do a deal for me . Car was on the floor for R499k and I asked for a discount of which a 20 k discount could be in the pipeline. Jenine Spoke to me and told me to speak to Riyadh Cassim. As Riyadh assisted in the previous purchase and we have created a relationship with him, I said fine. He then offered me a GLA 45 for R620k, as the car is marked for R699k on the floor I taught is was a good price. I came in the next day with my paper work to start the process, I did get a bit of an attitude from Riyadh as if he was doing me a favour. But on Sunday, just by way of habit, I saw the same vehicles for R615k. This disappointed me as I was under the impression that this deal was just for me as a customer and on Friday the Vehicle was still marked for R699k. I spoke to Riyadh and to get an understanding and he informed me that it was an error by Merc. I, then explained that this does not seem right and I would like to change the deal back to the GLA 200 CDI AMG, he rep**** to tell me that he will reduce my trade in on my car from R230 to R210. Now they have offered me Cars and I have been offered cars with pricing and then the offers are being rescinded due to cars availability</p>
