Invoice me with smash & grab that was already fit

On 25th March I reply on an add in the Auto Trader on a FJ Cruiser. I decided to fly up to Gauteng to view the vehicle which was said to me that is in a good condition with no faults. STD Vehicle Service ask for the invoice so that I can apply for the financing of the vehicle. They invoice without asking me if I want the products for: Smash&Grab @R2 850.00 and CarTrack @ R2 850.00. Also R3 500.01 which include the F&I fee which I did not use as I done the finance myself at STD Bank. On my arrival the vehicle was parked very close to a pillar on the floor and I could not inspect the vehicle properly. I noticed that there was a half fit tow bar and ask mr Makgopa about it. He looked and said no the vehicle was not fit with one. Week and half later it came to my attention that the knob is still in Centurion. He sell a car and receive commission he don't even know the product. Half an hour later I noticed that the car was in an accident. This was not mentioned to me. They refuse to give me an financial breakdown of the R3500.01 charged to my account as I did not use there F&I. Also no reply as to why they charged me for Smash&Grab when already fitted. 3 weeks no reply
