indicators malfunction

my car was booked to clear airbags lights and for check up then the picked up that the indicator switch is faulty then they replaced it but when i took my car to them there was nothing wrong with my indicators.<br> <br> they replaced the indicator switch which it was paid for but now my indicators are malfunctioning, I took the car back with the hope that they will fix it but they could not fix it, now this is becoming a thread to my life after was nearly hit by another car because the driver thought i was taking a turn while i was driving straight.<br> <br> my car is the blue ford ST reg DZ 09 JB GP, I am worried for my life and now i'm stacked with the car with faulty indicators
