Barloworld Toyota Kuilsrivier

I bought my first car (Etios Cross) last year in May at Barloworld Toyota Kuilsrivier. The car isn’t even one years old. I took it for a service (at Barloworld Toyota Kuilsrivier) recently and now 2000 km later the car won’t idle. I tried to book an appointment ASAP but I am left carless for 4 days straight. How am I suppose to get to work now? It is my only means of transportation and now I have to struggle with the public transport system. The car is under warranty as well.

So much for their costumer care that they are so proud of. I supported Toyota so much but now I am very disappointed in their service. I was proud to be a Toyota owner but this is such a let down.
