Inconsistent Numerous Price Changes & No Reports

I initially spoke to Pearl Dilebo on 25 April & was informed during the course of the week that in order for them to ascertain the extent of the damage, the car needs to be stripped to determine the root cause(s) so that they may confirm what repairs must be made and get a full diagnosis to also prevent future problems. I therefore agreed to the stripping & requested a report of the assessment. After the stripping, she informed me that the costs would be around R11 000 & agreed on the amount.
