Inappropriate deceit

Beware inappropriate deceit when you want to buy vehicle they sell you with defects which contravened the second hand act as Reshma was given all clients details she entered incorrectly on the system. When wanting to purchase another vehicle William sends me to Johan and he now sends me to register on traders suddenly. But the vehicle bought last week was not sent to traders and no flaws were outlined to my surprise they supp**** me vehicle with incorrect mm codes and no recon listed and discovered later. Now on traders they have the recon outlined. Called Reshma and William both are playing games have now consulted ombudsman. Beware they all init to **** you by selling without recon being noted to client and now suddenly we have to go via traders as theirs a legal claim. Have recorded calls and unanswered emails which they pass the buck. They refuse to acknowledge liability to repair the defect which they have not notified me of and specifically enquired thereof. Will consult ombudsman or my attorney to return the car instead. Now suddenly manager Johan is back they cannot sell vehicles only on traders and when the manager not there can buy any vehicle makes me wander what's happening. Talk right but reality is walk left now. Beware consumers they all ********. Called and email Reshma and William they both got cold feet . Will pursue the matter in court as approached them and was given wrong valuation that is m and m codes. Hence provided all my details to Reshma entered incorrectly on the system both address and contact details. Can be verified by the lady opposite the toilet in Menlyn Toyota Barloword.
