Inadequate Repair to vehicle

My ford fiesta 1.6tdci has been with the barloworld ford pinetown dealership consistently since July 2015. The engine was reconditioned and turbo replaced in around Aug 2015, thereafter the engine was replaced in Nov 2015 due to inefficient wormanship, in addition to other parts have been replaced. Vehicle was collected on 28Nov15 and now has a constant clicking sound when idling from the engine and fumes entering the vehicle. The cost of the repairs have exceeded the value of the vehicle. The final diagnosis of the problem with the vehicle was a factory fault, Ford SA has provided useless assistance. I am now considering legal action if the fault is not fixed to my satisfaction per the consumer protection act or the vehicle replaced. In the interim I require a vehicle that is a fiesta, equivalent
