How conceivably long can it take.....

After they made me wait for half a day ( and it was only until I started pacing up and down their workshop) that they told me, my clutch needed to be replaced and they needed my car for a day or two. I said that I would require a loan car because, I live in Boksburg and work in Sandton, and getting to work would be an issue without one, as there is no one I know that comes this way every day and also, I have kids that need to be ferried to their various sports and activities. <br> <br> I took my car in on Monday, we are now half way through day three, and still, they have my car and attempting to contact them, or get any information as to what is happening, an estimation of when I can get my car back, etc, is even more difficult than trying to speak to the man on the moon. All Prudence ever tells me is, she will call me when its ready and the work shop manager who does not bother to return my calls, is always out on a test drive. <br> <br> Could I kindly have some decent communication as to when my car will be finished. Do you treat all your customers like this, or is this because there is no MAN to make fire under you, and single women just don't get taken seriously? It's what I think.
