Horroble Service - Toyota Barloworld Centurion

Took my car in for service and my car was never serviced, they only washed it and changed one item. Oil filter not changed, no refills but all I got was a quote for twenty grand saying that my car needs a whole lot of fixing in it. question is why weren't those items identified through our every year when I took it for service? so disappointed at the Barloworld centurion Toyota service center together with their manager comment. My car filter is dirty and nothing has been changed and I Paid a total or three thousand rand for nothing. This is how they threat us ladies when we take our cars for service, I have been quiet for a long time now its time to voice what is in my hear.

Manager told me its time I buy a new car, Imagine!
