horrific experience

I bought a new Ford Figo from County Ford, Worst decision ever!!!<br> <br> I made an appointment for repairs more than a month ago only to find out today (with less than a week to the appointment date) that a curtsy vehicle was never reserved for me even though I specifically requested one.<br> <br> At this stage I'm used to County Fords terrible service as this is not the first time struggling to get the necessities done, the disturbing issue is however the manner Mr. Francois addressed me, not explaining the situation but immediately started shouting comments like \what do you want me to about it\". I never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism from a service provider.<br> I personally will NEVER buy a Ford again and I will also discourage everyone that I meet who's interested in any ford. The manner in which I was addressed today was ********** and this is not what a person expects from a supposedly professional and established business.<br> <br> I trust this matter will be resolved and that my curtsy vehicle will be waiting for me when I take my car in on 14/03/2016 for repairs. I also trust that Mr. Francois will be formally addressed to ensure your other clients are not humiliated in the same way."
