Horrible after service

<p>I visited the Barloworld Ford N1 city and basically got nothing sorted paying so much for a car but after service is pathetic. Everyone seems hectic busy up and down you as a customer feel uncomfortable stopping someone to ask questions. Secondly i feel not much was done to resolve my query instead all my petrol be driven out, based on the feedback no real work was done and because im a young guy all the talks were around my brake discs and pads that is done.. IT IS A BRAND NEW CAR not even 20 000 KM its as if im an idiot. there was so much talk about brakes when i came home the evening i was told by neighbours my BRAKE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING and it just came back from a service. I dont know if doing point checks on a car is not part of your service but it is part of other companies. Overall i just feel that the service department does the bare minimum to get your car "done" and on its way.</p>
