Happy Customer

I had a knocking noise on my car, I had the service done and I was told to monitor the noise. It got worse - so I called Barloworld Ford N1 City and spoke to Wendy.<br> <br> I expected the worst - but received the best. I booked the Car in on the Tuesday morning and they inspected the car and could not find anything out of the norm so we were contacted and they explained they not happy to return the car as they cant fins the noise after making a few repairs to the roll cage.<br> <br> Long story short, they kept me in the loop, they went above and beyond the and even helped deliver my car to me against severe time constraints.<br> <br> It took 4 days, a little long BUT - they did everything I needed to get the car back today and boy - the service and expectations I had, I was still blown away.<br> <br> Thank you ford N1 city - I really am a happy customer and as always with ALL my Fords - you will definitely see me again.<br> <br> Thanks to all the role players involved - it was a great experience dealing with your team.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Shaun & Menique
