Great Inconvenience & Uncapable of finding problem

I bought a 2012 Chev Sonic second hand in January 2016. The car was in a great condition with no problems.

At the end of March the vehicle started making a water bubbling sound when starting the vehicle. Sounds like water running thtough the dashboard (behind). After some time it got worse and realised it was more frequent to happen and louder when the car is parked on an incline.

I went to Barloworld GM Centurion to listen to the sound, and I was told not to drive any further. I immediately booked my car for the first time around. This is when they replaced the aircon filter/draining filter.

The next day the noise was back. I contacted the manager, Henrdrik, who said I will have to bring in the car again. I then got married and was overseas for long. Upon arriving my back I booked my car in again on 29-06-2016 to find the problem and while the car is there replace the brakes and do the 45 000km service. They had the car for two full days after I told them specifically told them they only h-ve one day to fix it. This second time around they replaced the whole waterpump.

Shortly after collection when I started the car, the sound was back.

I contacted them again, Richard and the manager Hendrik, explaining how unhappy I was and this was unacceptable as I cannot get more time off work to take and collect the car the whole time and I need my car for work. I demanded a loan vehicle and took my vehicle in again on Saturday 09-07-2016 for the 3rd time and got loan vehicle. On Tuesday 12-07-2016 I was informed the problem has been fixed and the car is ready.

Upon arrival I was told it was the aircon gas that leaked, where the gas gets liquified in the evaporator system and that is the sound I hear. But it has been fixed. When starting the car a few times at the garage, there was no sound.

I stopped at the shop and when starting the vehicle again it was back. The next morning I phoned the Richard and the manager Hendrik again, telling them that after 3 TIMES it is still not fixed and their techicians are clearly unqualified or *********** to find the fault. The manager told me he wanted to speak to me when I colleted the car to tell me that it is a normal sound, he has tested other Sonic's as well and they make the same sound and that they cannot do anything to the sound. And I can drive like this and no long term damage will be caused nor influence the performance of the engin.

I requested this in writing which I received.

Here is my problem:

1. The car NEVER made this sound/noise for the first 4 years (I confirmed with the previous owner) - so why would it suddenly start now and be NORMAL?

2. We all suspected it had something to do with the aircon, why was the gas not one of the first things to be checked when the car was there for the first time?

3. Why can they not find the true problem after 3 times?

This whole situation has caused great inconvenience, and never did the manager even apologise for that or try to be extra helpful, and hardly every phone me back after leaving a message.

Richard really tried to help and put in an effort, but unfortunately this does not resolve the problem at hand.

At this point in time I do not believe GM Centurion is capable of finding the problem and want a second opinion from another dealer, but i refuse to take in my car again and again.

I would like a regional manager to contact me so we can make arrangements on how to resolve this matter quickly and effortlessly.

My waranty expiry is around the corner and I will not be held liably for ANY COSTS if this fault causes damage in the future because GM Centurion is unable to find the problem.

GM Centurion will not be seeing me again!!!!!!!!!!!!
