Great Customer Service you guys go the extra mile

I called the dealership after having issues at the dealer which i had bought my car from, and asked to speak to a manager. Nelius took my call and understood my frustration as a client and he and the team at Barlo-world really did sort the issue out on my vehicle. It's people like you that we need around if it weren't for your help i would have honestly changed my vehicle and moved onto a another brand.<br> <br> Thank you Ford needs more hard working honest people like you.
