My name is Thandaza Ncithi today the 04-03-2016 I drove in Barloworld Toyota at 07h40. I book my car in and was told to wait for the driver to deliver me home. I waited together with other guys, of which the driver came call them and gone he left. I was now left with two white guys who have just arrived. After some time Grant Cole the service Manager walk up to those white guys and said something and left, minutes latter he arrived and called those two white guys and gone, the time now was 09h30. remember I was at Barloworld at 07h40.<br> <br> I went up to a lady who I thought is a receptionist and she told the driver is coming within 20 minutes, and that its not her fault that I am still there, and when the driver finally arrived he also told me its not his fault. what upsets me is the fact that I am a black man, and whites are getting preferable treatment from grant and all clients who were this morning were delivered to their destinations on time except me and the other black guy, who since decided to seek other means to be delivered. <br> <br> I have suffered humiliation and I have lost 2 hours and worse I have lost my client who I was suppose to meet at 08h30
