Going extra mile to make customer happy

Purchased a used car (2011 Fiat Panda) from Barloworld Toyota Centurion, at end Jan 2016. Was given a great price, plus the sales experience was great before, during and after test drive.<br> <br> Only admin snag was Gauteng-plate car needed to be registered in North West, where I live. Was told that if I do this at my home town, they will refund me of the Lic & Reg cost incurred. After a bit of a wait, the cost-refund came through, and all is now happily concluded.<br> <br> Enjoyed also the professional treatment & the neat showroom condition, making one feel more special.<br> <br> Dries & the admin team...thank you again for going the extra mile, in making me a happy customer in the end.
