********** sale of warranty or null and void warranty

Barloworld + motorite sold me a waranty to the value of R14 400.00 in August 2017. When put a claim in 2019 july, they refused to pay, thereby forcing me pay R7 304.00 on 13 .07.2019 They say i missed a service in september 2017. How was i supposed to service a car i bought in august, as soon as september the very following day. Please assist
