Ford Tygervalley Service

Worse service i had in history, i been driving cars for more than 10years this has been such bad experience i never want to own a Ford again. My car went in on Monday for service, I asked them to drop me at home for me to take my bike to work. Like most people we don't always have luxury to have wife or friend drop you or pick you up. When i asked them to come and pick me up, the just said sorry we don't do pick up you need to come collect your car. They never mentioned this not with booking not when i dropped the car. I could not collect my car in such short notice that i needed to make alternative solution. I called Ford (I had to call them) Tuesday, after debating about how this is not acceptable they eventually after calling me back afternoon decided they will collect me in the morning to get my car. Wednesday morning i waited and waited eventually i called them after 8 the lady was like no my driver is on his way, 9:30 my car was at my house Ford is 10min from my house. And they brought the car to my house which was all good but i am pretty sure that my car was either used to drop people off or it went along with cause my tank is sitting at let's hope i get to station empty. This is such bad service i want to sell my car!!!
