Ford Tygervalley Must Fall

Well I am, fed up with Ford Barloworld tygervalley. Since my car broke down almost caused me an accident when gearbox locked n I could not move it. It has been 1 month since. Four months, I bought the car. Now they want to gimme a cheaper car as a, trade for the other one. I told them I want my money back. They telling me the car must b ficed first before I can get my money, which will b in December. No courtesy car given, they, say they don't have any on the floor, when I saw one with my own eyes. The manager and the, sales, person is, just unprofessional n changing their stories, the whole time I don't know what to do anymore. Not even legal help can help me.
