Ford Tyger valley NMI - No Service

If poor service is what you're after, look no further. On my first visit, a technician accused me of being irrational after he misdiagnosed the issue on my bakkie. Then, service manager Angus assured me a courtesy car on my next visit, which was necessitated by substandard workmanship (Ronny). Those were empty promises from Angus. I ended up waiting for a ride home, which completely disrupted my Monday. They fail to deliver even the basic services. I recommend avoiding this dealership at all times.
