Figo rusting and no reply from Ford warranty!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for weeks and weeks for an authorisation for a rust repair on my 2015 Figo that has 45 000 kms on the clock. When contacting Ford they said that I needed to send to repair quotes, which I did very speedily. All I get from service consultant is that Ford warranty department keeps on wanting more information from panel shop. Is this my problem that a car I bought which I was planning on keeping started to RUST!!! SERIOUSLY 45 000 kms on my clock and I have rust on rear of my vehicle and passenger side door? Really shocking and has put me off the Ford brand completely. I was planning on upgrading to a little ST but seeing rust on my Figo has put me off the brand. Especially THE RADIO SILENCE REGARDING when my vehicle will be repaired.
