Feedback on towbar

If you are in the market to buy a new vehicle everybody promises you everything but ones the deal is done they leave you to struggle because the deal has been done. On the 26 Nov 2020 I bought my new Mitsubishi Triton at NMI-DSM Mbombela, on delivery the wiring on the towbar were pull out of the plug and the power supply wiring was installed incorrectly and the trailer plug was not working, after a quik stop at there workshop we were on our way. They promised that they will arrange an new harness to be fitted, still today after number of calls and messages my problem is still not sorted. I been towing my trailer without the lights working and I even told them I will be sending all fines to them of I receive any but still they don’t care about it. This is not the plat form to sort this problem but if you don’t get answers from the dealership they don’t give me any other choice.
