faulty radio

I took my car in for service on the 2nd June and explained that I have a problem with my car radio.Joyce explained to me that they don't fix it at their premises. They need to take it somewhere and it takes two weeks.i was happy with that as I was on study leave. I then got a missed call from her on the 9th. I visited them as I thought the radio was available. She then told me she doesn't have it yet, they said it is around R1500.She should have it the next day.I did not have a problem as it was still within the SLA.I came in on the 18th to check and spoke to the only gentleman who works @ the service counter, who advice me Joyce was not in. I asked that they push for my radio to be available on the 19th as I won't be available to collect it on Monday. On Tuesday, the 7th July I called in, was told Joyce is on leave. I then asked for her manager.Call was transferred to Jaco who did not even apologise to me.All he said was he doesn't know why it slipped Joyce ' s mind. He will arrange for my radio and call 1s he has it.Zeldah called on the 9th July. I came in she then said I am welcome to go have coffee.the coffee guy just said he can't help without voucher.I told him they can sort <br>
