expectation created not met

Order placed for specific car and colour. Expectation was created by dealer that it will take up to 6 weeks. 3 Weeks later dealer contacted and said that a car is available but in white (colour). We declined this. Stating that we will wait the remaining 3 weeks for the specific colour we requested that will be available. 5 Weeks in, dealer contact us to say that they are unable to say when such a car in the colour we ordered will be available. (lengthy explanation). At the same time dealer say that a white car will be available once again. This time we decided to take the white car, as we were now told that an expected date of our original request (colour)cannot be made. Now however we have a price increase on the car. Reason
