Excellent Service

I would like to convey my sincere gratitude and compliment Barloworld Mazda Bruma for really going the extra mile for their customers.

My car service plan expired on the 30 March this year and had not clocked 90 000kms yet. I enquired about the getting a quote for the major service and unlike other dealerships, I was taken aback by what they did. They talked to Mazda SA and actually convince them to cover the cost for this service as a goodwill gesture / courtesy. To think I was starting to budget for the service..

Special shout to Lucas Matlala, their Service Advisor for really going all out for customers. Keep up the good!! Overall, happy with the service I got from the dealership and would now be going to them going forward.
