Excellent Service

<p>I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and experience service that was nothing short of excellent. From the first meeting with Jaco Prins who is the Sales Executive I was treated in a very professional manner. What stood out for me is I was not given a whole lot of sales talk and excessive persuasion which can sometimes be annoying. I was afforded the time to look around and also after indicating my interest in a particular vehicle and left the dealership to ponder on it further. I was not bombarded by emails trying to convince me, neither was there phone calls in inopportune times throughout the transaction. This includes the finance application done by Johan Nel - everything was done via email and in an unintrusive manner which I find worked very well for me. I took delivery of my vehicle last friday as was promised and despite having to reschedule my arrival time twice, I was still met with a patient and unassuming Jaco. I was not given an information overload but rather and introduction to a relationship with the dealer. For that I am grateful and I really appreciate all the efforts of Jaco in ensuring that my vehicle was delivered to my satisfaction.</p>
