Endangering my family and my life, Mercedes stands for safety

I took delivery of my glc 250 on the 27th of May 2016 with all the enthusiasm with ribbons and selfish.

Spare key was not available and the salesman said it will sorted in a week. I still have no key now as I write this story.

The next day I was alluded to the tyres by my family that they were two pairs of different brands in situ.

We thought it to be normal as it would be a trend we are not car fundis. Two weeks into driving I felt vibration on the steering one that feels like the wheel balancing is off and the air monitor showed tyre pressure loss. I filled air every 2 days.

I took it to my nearest Mercedes dealership Garden city Ladysmith Kzn. They checked the tyres and were surprised with two different brands and they said there was no problem with the left rear tyre maybe it was the run flat defect.

I drove the car for another week awaiting delayed sending of a new set of tyres by courier from durban. The dealership at ladysmith reported a horror finding that made me feel traumatized and panicky.

The left rear was having a failure of tyre repaired previously to my taking of delivery of the vehicle. There was a gaiter for a tear repair and filling for puncture repair. This caused the vibration on the steering and the tyre pressure loss.

How can this happen from a Mercedes dealership? I have reported to mercedes complaints services and until this day I'm yet to receive the outcome of their investigation.

This was a factory fault according to the dealership. This is very disturbing I still don't have any answers no spare key too...I'm now wanting to take the legal route.
