DONT BUY FORD

Had 2 fords at one point .... WILL NEVER BUY ANY FORD AGAIN due to bad service from Garth and his unqualified mechanics and half asleep service advisers. Barloworld Ford N1 City has the worst customer service and i dont think their mechanics are qualified. the service manager Garth Beck he is a real idiot and very unprofessional and he should not manage a workshop if he allows poor service and even have cars damage while in their service. well thos who consider buying Ford DONT if you want bad service. one of the Fords were in and out of this workshop for just over a year for an electrical issue... other car car came back with damaged wheel, top gasket blew, breaks failed lights not working and Ford quality itself is just bad
