dishonest and lack of intergrity

i went to the branch in February this year to do my service and also to report the left speaker that was not playing they fixed it and return the car back few months the same problem happen again and surprising i was told that the very same speaker that they assisted me with it is out of market it is not their product and i asked how so because ever since i bought the car i never change my speaker its came with a pioneer sound system. they said unfortunately i must go back to the branch where i bought the car because they cannot put it under warrant since they are two instead of four speaker, then in July i took the car back to the dealership for 45000 km service and everything went well until i start to experience problem that i assume it might be the battery because the car was unable to start by its own, i have to push it or jump start it. i went back to the same dealership and report the matter then they said they run a test and send me an sms " Mr client you vehicle need fuel filter housing and the estimate cost is R2242.11" which i said they must not proceed with the repair. then on the 25 of July i bought the filter housing and install with my own mechanics after that the car was fine i was using it to go to work everyday until on Saturday morning when i try to start the car and it gave me the battery warning light again then i tried to kick start it as usually then it blast the air filter shell. i contact the towing company that took the car to the dealership. around 12:00 i contacted my service adviser who told me Mr Mashele remember we advised you that you need to change the petrol filter which was not done and then i answered when a client brought in the car what do you do please advise she said we do inspection and i said i don't think so because the filter was replaced then she said she will call me back. she then called me back and she said i must hold the line so that i can speak to the adviser who is dealing with the car he said " we gave you a quotation for fuel filter housing and a battery but you rejected the quotation then i said to him wait the quotation that i have receive was for fuel filter housing i was told the battery was fine. then i decided to walk straight to the dealership where i receive poor service from the management who doesn't want to take ownership that the dealership failed me by giving me an incomplete report about my vehicle because if i was told from the 24 when i brought the car in that the battery is dead i was not gonna be in this situation. i am in this situation because the withhold information that was supposed to be given to me, and it was not which result in blasting the air filter. then i asked them is the petrol filter affect the air filter they said no and i said so i do not see why is this two incident related. they than start to explain that i lost vehicle warrant because even the break pads is not from Toyota i then ask how is the break pads related to you branch providing me with incomplete report. are you aware that you have put me and my family in danger by not giving me full report. they then said they can't assist me i must get out of the office which i refuse, he then walked out of the office and came back with other employee i was on my cell trying to report the matter to Toyota South Africa then one of them asked me to put my cell down so that they can be witness and in the process they were even using Afrikaans in-front of me as a client which i do not understand (i don't know what they were saying) until its 16:30 they started walking out of office one by one. i asked them to put it in writing that they can not assist me he said he can only do that when he have time now he doesn't have time. i then asked if the show me the report that was run on the battery the manager said they don't keep such information at the branch but all the report is there except battery report. the other guy employee said they do have report but i must request it from Toyota South Africa and by that time is after business working hours. and now they said why i'm i questioning their integrity.
