Disgusting customer service and blame shifting at Barloworld Ford Tygervalley

I drive a 2012 Ford Kuga 2.5T AWD, on 08/06/2018 i took it to Barloworld Ford Tygervalley because it had a whistling noise coming from the engine compartment. The technician said the seal on the Adaptor Oil Filter is broken so it needed to be replaced.

The car was booked at Ford for 19/06/2018, when i took it there on the 19th i was told they had forgotten to tell me that i needed to pay a deposit for the parts to be ordered so i paid a 50% deposit and had to wait an extra 3 days for the parts to be delivered and it would only take 2 hours of labour to replace the part.

On 22/06/18 i was told the car was ready so i went to Ford Tygervalley, paid the remaining 50% and received my car. It was such a huge relief that the whistling noise was no there anymore.

A few days later when i was pulling out of my garage i noticed the were oil stains on my garage floor so i looked under my car and i saw there were drops of oil coming from the engine compartment.

I took the car back to Ford Tygervalley and informed them of this, Jacques who was my service advisor was not there on that day, everyone started shifting blame to someone else, they sent the technician who was working on the car to speak to me. The technician said " the car had oil leaks before he worked on it" which was not true. He worked on the car again and then said the problem was that dipstick was not installed properly that's why it was now leaking. He informed me that the problem was sorted and it would not leak again.

There are still drops of oil coming from the bottom of my car and the people at Ford Tygervalley are giving excuses after excuses.

I mean when were are using logic 'as I'm sure we're all logical human beings' if my car had oil leaks from the beginning which it didn't. When i paid to get the Adaptor Oil Filter replaced then the oil leak issue would have been resolved and any other issues would have been identified and communicated, but no i paid for an oil filter replacement now my car is leaking oil.

I am truly and deeply disgusted with the service i received at Ford. When you go to a business that employs professionals, you expect to pay for a service and have your issues solved and not have to chase after people who get paid salaries at the end of the month to do their jobs.

I am not asking for much, i just want my car fixed because i paid for it to be fixed.
