Disappointed Polo Driver

Hi,

I bought a new polo in February from your city Volkswagen master car in Cape Town. I dealt with Justin Solomon one of the top sales man. I took delivery of the vehicle with a few deep scratches on the car but was reassured by Justin that I should not worry as he already orderd the paint color to fix them. The paint arrived a week later, he phoned and asked me to pop in to be treated. The paint was used, but it made no difference as the scratches were too deep. He once again assured me he will make arrangements for me to take my car Superbodies to be repaired. I then received an email advising me that the branch I bought the car from was closing, I asked Justin if this would effect the repairs and once again I was reassured, he would sort everything out. I made an appointment with Clinton at Superbodies, only to be told that there would be a cost as the bumper and side panel would need to be re-sprayed. Clinton from Superbodies sent the invoice to the branch and Justin but nothing came of it. Justin then strung me along with a lot of promises and eventually came back with another company that I had to go to. So made an appointment with Dent Magic and they came to the same conclusion. I am only dealing with Justin Solomon via WhatsApp and he has now stoped responding. I am not curtain if he is still in your employment and feel like I can never trust Volkswagen after this experience.

I hope you can help?

Regards
