Diabolical service

I have 3 NMI products. My service from NMI Pinetown is absolutely ridiculous. They take ages to get back to you. You have to loose your temper to get any action. they don't have spares. A person sends e mails WITH VIN numbers, photos of spares required and the spares people STILL cant give you details. I's rather drive a FAR cheaper brand. The service CANT be worse. I have experienced this (in varying degrees) with ALL 3 of our NMI vehicles.
