Deeply dissatisfied with Toyota Stellenbosch

My Toyota Fortuner ,I bought at Barloworld Stellenbosch were taken in almost a month ago for a immobilizer issue, they didn't have stock so I waited almost a month for it to arrive, it eventually did, however the wrong part/s arrived. Without the immobilizer, I cant open my boot(one of the reason I bought this vehicle,were because of its boot space),I had a vacation booked this week-end and now I cant use my boot and also its frustrating using the metal key to open the doors. The alarm goes off by itself which they explained will be fixed with this parts.

I had this car for 3 months and had to change breaks, I really wish that they can take this piece of **** back
