Damage to Vehicle during repairs to vehicle

Hi

I am having a problem with Barloworld Ford Pinetown. I was having a problem with the internal fan of my Ford figo ,so I took my vehicle to Barloworld Ford Pinetown for a check .I was advised by the service advisor, that they need to replace the internal fan in my vehicle, therefore I need to leave my vehicle with them for two days, so I left my vehicle with them. Upon picking up my vehicle two days after that, I noticed that my seat cover was damaged, which I had put in a week before the incident and cost me R700.I had shown this to the service advisor present, he advised me that the service manager has already left for home and he will inform him on Monday, he will contact me. On that Monday I awaited the call from Ford, which never came. I decided to contact them. I asked them why I was not contacted, as promised. The service advisor responded by saying, they are busy, thereafter, I asked her if she spoke to the service manager about the incident, she rep**** by saying yes and the service manager would like to see the damage to my vehicle, so I took my vehicle to Ford. I met with the service manager, Mr Toni. He was arrogant towards me. He told me that he is not going to take responsibility for the damage and I can go tell who ever I want. Thereafter I contacted the head office, they advised me that I need to speak to the dealership principal, so I phoned Ford, but the dealer principal was on leave and I was put through to the financial manager, Mr. Ravi. He told me to bring in the vehicle for assessment, so I took the vehicle back o Ford. He assessed the vehicle and accepted it’s damaged and they will take responsibility for it. Two days after that he gave me a liquid in a 500ml coke bottle, which smelt like tyre silicone and he tells me to try this on that damaged are and see if it works, which I also did. The liquid had no effect on the damaged caused. So phoned him and told him about it, he told me, he will sort it out, but he is busy now. It’s gone three weeks now and the problem is not sorted out. Every day I phone him, he tells me his busy, he will phone me back, which he doesn’t .I think Ford should take responsibility for the damage they caused .i am very disappointed and I want action to be taken against them.
